As a registered parishioner, our parish staff will better be able to serve you, especially in preparation for reception of the Sacraments, registering for school or religious education programs, in wedding and funeral planning, and in sponsoring someone for Baptism or Confirmation.
The parish is often asked to provide affidavits for baptismal and confirmation sponsors. They can only do this if a person is a registered, active and contributing member in our parish.
To register, please download and print The Holy Archangels Parish Registration Form. Once completed, you may either drop it off at the Holy Archangels Parish Office, email it to The Office Manager or send it via mail to Holy Archangels Parish, 729 Grand Canyon Street, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169.
