Building up the Body of Christ with welcoming arms, loving hearts and joyful worship.
Our Parish Council is made up of parishioners who love Holy Archangels Parish. You have seen them wearing a lot of different hats and involved in many different activities and groups that build up parish life—everything from liturgy to the Stewards, Knights of Columbus, Scouting, the Welcoming team, Ministry of Care, and the GIFT Program (Religious Education for parishioners with special needs).
About the PPC:
The Parish Council is the consultative body of the parish and shares responsibility with the pastor for the pastoral life of the parish. Their mission is to enable our parish to be welcoming, mutually sustaining, open to growth, and committed to building one faith community.
They ENGAGE in pastoral planning to assess parish needs and determine priorities and options for meeting those needs, SERVE as a conduit for ideas, feelings and concerns among our diverse faith community, and ACT as liaison between the Holy Archangels Parish Community, and the larger Church (the deanery and the archdiocese).
We’re truly blessed to have such a wonderful, dedicated group who truly care about you and are focused on the mission of our parish.
